Delivery Charges
Dubai Orders:
Next-Day (In Dubai & Abu Dhabi)
- Orders must be placed before 4pm
- 50 AED for orders under 500 AED
- Not available on Weekends & Public Holidays
Standard Shipping (In Dubai & Abu Dhabi)
- 2-3 Working Days
- 35 AED for orders under 500 AED
- Free for all orders over 500 AED
Other Emirates:
- 1-2 days delivery:
- 40 AED for orders under 500 AED
- Free for all orders over 500 AED
International Delivery
- Delivery costs 50 AED for orders under 1000 AED
- Free for all orders over 1000 AED
- For all orders to KSA or Oman - Orders will only be fulfilled upon receiving your Identification, as per your Country's Regulations.
- International shipping may incur VAT, Governmental charges, clearance customs charges. Should your shipment incur customs duties or taxes, the responsibility for covering these costs will rest with you. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order to ensure you are informed of any potential charges.
- In the event that you choose to refuse delivery, you may still be responsible for the original customs fees or import duties, as well as the cost of returning the package to us. Upon receiving the returned package, we will issue a refund for the value of your order, minus any fees incurred during the return process.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to international PO boxes at this time. If you provide an international PO box as your delivery address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative address, which may result in a delay in your delivery.
- Our Delivery service is managed by IQ Fulfilment General LLC in the United Arab Emirates and by DHL for International Shipments.
We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday), not including the day the order was received or Public holidays, unless your shipping has been upgrade to next or same day terms as above.
Please note orders may take longer if ordered during a Sales period, due to higher volumes of orders processed.
